NWC10Lab and Stocken Capital launch contest to enable digital government of Spanish companies

In Spain, NWC10Lab and Stocken Capital are launching a competition to enable the digital governance of companies using blockchain technology. This is what they informed Cointelegraph en Español, through a press release.

NWC10Lab is a laboratory in Spain specialized in Blockchain Technology, and now, together with Stocken Capital, a company that allows companies to digitally manage their companies through a tokenization process, they have launched a contest to find three pioneering companies that will digitalize their shares, thus achieving a more efficient governance, a greater facility in their capitalization and that will allow the partners to transfer their shares in a more agile way.

In the press release they detailed: „Any Spanish company interested in improving its governance or capitalization will be able to participate in this pioneering project in our country until August 17th in the contest accessible from www.stockencapital.com and being able to know more about the benefits that the winning companies will have in the special online event carried out within the NWC10Lab Talks meetings next July 30th at 19 (Madrid time)“.

Then they added: „One of the biggest problems in the day to day of a company is the complexity in the entry – exit of shareholders, financing and management of its governance. This whole process without the appropriate experience often means that its partners never achieve returns, do not participate in the governance of the company or have difficulty in transferring or capitalizing on their holdings. The most relevant use cases to carry out this tokenization are those where capitalization and transparency are required, such as in the real estate, energy, startups, influencers or art sectors, for example“.

The three winners of the competition will obtain through Stocken Capital the legal and technological preparation by means of an individual intra-corporate platform that allows the management of the calls for the general meeting, the telematic vote, the management of the register of shareholders, the distribution of dividends or the purchase and sale of shares without the intervention of the notary. Everything will be done digitally, focusing on efficiency, agility in decision making and, above all, greater transparency and transmissibility of shares for its partners.
